Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of future services. -
Access & Safety
The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property, including access to water and electricity where required. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe. -
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose pointing, cracked render, damaged seals, fragile roof tiles, or deteriorated surfaces. -
Results & Limitations
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, marks, or discolouration may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. -
Weather Conditions
Work may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. This will be arranged at the earliest suitable opportunity. -
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge. £25 for any service (excluding window cleaning services) -
Liability
We hold public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. -
Guarantee
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion to be considered for a return visit or correction. -
Ownership of Equipment
All tools and equipment remain the property of the business at all times. -
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this invoice or allowing work to be carried out, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
